Noah Fox

Noah focuses on retail leasing and sales, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation. Growing up around his uncle who is a local retail broker and developer, Noah has been inquisitive about the industry and local retail tenants since childhood. Discussions about restaurants and other retailers entering the Columbus market or relocating from their existing properties were always commonplace. He enriches his client’s real estate decisions by providing detailed market knowledge and an understanding of the ebbs and flows that encompass local trade areas. Being native to Columbus gives Noah a well-informed and powerful insight into the local real estate market and all this great city has to offer. Noah is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2021. When he isn’t handling client business and scoping out the market, Noah can be found at the gym, on a tennis court, or seeing the newest movie at the theaters.
