Nina Bianco

Nina joined NIA National Realty in 1992 and has developed a large network of loyal tenants, buyers/investors, and owners. She is currently marketing commercial retail, office, industrial, and investment properties in Bergen County and the surrounding areas. Her specialty areas are Northern Bergen County and Rockland County, New York. Nina has a great deal of knowledge with local zoning requirements and building regulations in many municipalities in these areas. Prior to joining NIA National Realty, Nina worked in residential real estate for 7 years and before that, was employed as a pricing and marketing specialist at Motorola Semiconductor. Nina is involved in many Bergen County civic organizations and community groups, including the Oradell-Emerson Rotary Club. Nina earned her BS in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. As a life-long resident of Bergen County, Nina her family live nearby in River Vale, New Jersey.
