Nils Ratnathicam

Nils Ratnathicam began his career as a mortgage broker in 2007 and has since arranged over $1 billion in commercial real estate loans. Though he focuses on Northern California, Nils has secured financing for real estate transactions throughout California, Washington, Texas, Florida, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Ohio, and Illinois. Over the years, Nils has expanded his expertise from multifamily and commercial financing to include short-term bridge, construction, take-out, and note hypothecations. In early 2013, Nils founded his mortgage brokerage firm, The Rincon Group. He successfully transitioned his clients, grew his lender database, and surrounded himself with additional originators and analyst staff. In 2014, the Commercial Observer selected Nils as one of the “Top 20 Commercial Mortgage Brokers Under 35” nationwide. Nils is a published author in the San Francisco Apartment Magazine and a dedicated member of numerous real estate organizations, including the Bay Area Mortgage Association, the California Association of Mortgage Brokers, and the East Bay Rental Housing Association. He graduated from the University of Southern California in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance.
