Niko Padilla

During his time at Mercer Company, Niko has transacted over 750,000 square feet and more than $30 million in sales volume. He focuses on industrial real estate sales and leasing throughout DFW with an emphasis on the East Dallas/Mesquite submarkets. Niko joined Mercer Company after a two-year tenure in enterprise software sales at Thomson Reuters, where he closed more than $2.7 million in new business. Prior to Thomson Reuters, Niko spent four years a registered investment advisor at Morgan Stanley. He was with a distinguished group in the private wealth management division that focused on serving the firm’s most affluent clients. He managed $1.1 billion in assets for a small number of accomplished entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and endowments. Originally from Dallas, Niko spends his free time coaching high school football and playing recreational sports. He served as the President of the Parish Episcopal Alumni Board and as a member of the Columbia Football Players Club, Dallas Symphony Orchestra League, and Vivaldi Patron Circle.
