Nikki Arnold

Nikki Arnold joined Holladay Properties’ Nashville, TN office in 2015 as a Staff Accountant. During her years with Holladay, she has held the roles of Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, Lead Accountant, and currently Senior Lead Accountant for one of Holladay’s medical office building clients, which includes over 4 million square feet. She is also responsible for accounting for several of Holladay’s third party, non-MOB clients. Nikki holds a Bachelor degree in Business Management with a double minor in Finance and Real Estate from Austin Peay State University.
