Nicole Stio

Nicole Stio is a Property Manager, for Diversified Properties, at Summit Court Luxury Apartments. Nicole brings with her 28 years of hospitality and property management experience. Nicole currently manages and maintains our expanding community in Union, NJ. She prides herself on building relationships with the residents to maintain a high satisfaction and tenant retention rate. Nicole manages a close-knit team with a high standard for keeping their home away from home a wonderful place to work and live. Nicole enjoys welcoming prospects to the property and showing them all the attributes that Summit Court has to offer residents. Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Business from Florida International University and spent two semesters in the Walt Disney World College Program. Over the years, Nicole has worked for several major hotel brands in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, New Jersey, and New York City. She has also managed a variety of Condominium Associations and Luxury Apartment Communities.
