Nicole Nannola

Nicole Nannola is a Senior Associate with CBRE New Jersey’s Advisory & Transaction Services and specializes in retail. She works alongside First Vice President Samuel Bernhaut representing local and national occupiers and investors. Nicole’s strong background in transaction and project management, strategic planning, and demographic and psychographic data analysis affords her a unique perspective to best advise clients on their real estate decisions from every angle. Prior to joining CBRE, Nicole was an Associate at Colliers International where she helped retailers of all sizes align their business objectives with optimal occupancy solutions, and assisted in coordinating agency assignments. Nicole has also previously held the position of Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Massey Knakal Realty Services).
