Nicole Mihalka

Nicole Mihalka is an industry expert for creative office and entertainment real estate, with a focus on the Hollywood/West Hollywood and Northeast Los Angeles (“NELA”) areas of Los Angeles. Since 2010, she and her team have leased and sold over 5 Million square feet in Hollywood/West Hollywood alone. She leads the JLL Women's Initiative Network (WIN), which connects women, talent and opportunity, is such a rewarding (and fun!) experience. Nicole is passionate about serving the communities where she lives and works. She is the immediate past Chair of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce Community Foundation and past Chair of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce Board and serves on the Boards of the Hollywood YMCA and the Hermon Neighborhood Council.
