Nicole Allard

Nicole Allard joined SVN Hintze Commercial Real Estate in May of 2020 as Managing Director. Nicole began her career in commercial real estate brokerage in 1996 with NAI MLG Commercial in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 2011, Nicole was a key participant in the start-up of a local full service CRE brokerage firm and specialized in investment real estate in the SE Wisconsin marketplace including medical, office, and industrial assets. Nicole also worked for Founders 3, a local full service CRE brokerage firm in downtown Milwaukee where she was responsible for marketing, administration management, and compliance oversight. Prior to CRE brokerage, Nicole worked in the banking REO industry when she obtained her Wisconsin Broker's license in 1987. Nicole is thoroughly versed in the commercial real estate transaction process including industrial, office, retail, investment and development with an outstanding track record of developing long term customer/client relationships and referral business. Nicole has effectively closed business with real estate transactions and works in tandem with the owner of SVN Hintze Commercial Real Estate office in the assisted living and nursing home asset class for the acquisition and disposition of operating and vacant facilities. Nicole is responsible for oversight of all SVN-HCR operations, is the lead in strategic planning for new business growth and increased market share for Wisconsin operations. Nicole is active with CREW Network (Commercial Real Estate Women) on a local and global scale, having served as Wisconsin Chapter President and as a member of a CREW Network Global Counsel group,
