Nicki Berg

Nicki Berg is a Principal with the Greenspring Realty Partners in Baltimore, MD and has over ten years of diverse experience in leasing, valuation consulting, site selection, negotiation and acquisition. Since joining Greenspring Realty in 2020, Nicki has focused her time on leasing and adding value to the firm’s portfolio, while overseeing their third party brokerage. Prior to joining Greenspring Realty Partners, Nicki Berg spent two years as a Vice President with CBRE, Inc. and spent four years at the Cushman & Wakefield Retail Services Group in Chicago, Illinois focused on Shopping Center leasing. Nicki holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the College of Charleston and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
