Nick Winbush

Nick provides market analysis, site selection and lease negotiation for local and national clients. Nick began his commercial real estate career in 2012 working for a full-service real estate development and management company located in Cleveland, Ohio, where he actively managed 2.5 million square feet of commercial shopping & industrial space. He then moved to Chicago, Illinois in 2014 and began his commercial real estate brokerage career with Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in the acquisitions and dispositions of commercial shopping centers and single-tenant net-leased properties. He is a 2011 graduate of Miami University (OH), where he served as Captain of the Men’s basketball team and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Political Science.
