With a background in finance and non-profit leadership, Nick brings his deep relationships in the region and experience in negotiation to the SVN Commercial Advisors team with a desire to position Willamette Valley businesses and investors within their highest potential for profitability. Nick leverages CCIM methodology in his underwriting practices. Prior to transitioning to SVN Commercial Advisors, Nick served as Chief Executive Officer for the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce, the region's largest and most influential business association. It was during his tenure with the Salem Chamber that Nick worked on projects and policies relative to economic development and asset positioning. Maintaining his strength in the local policy-making space, Nick is also a tireless advocate for economically viable policy through his service to the Public Policy Committee with the Salem Chamber and the Government Affairs Committee with the Mid-Valley Association of Realtors. Nick understands that transportation infrastructure, development costs, and taxation are areas of significance, and these issues are critical in maintaining our region's competitive advantage. In his time with SVN Commercial Advisors, Nick has abundant deal volume in the office, medical office, and industrial asset classes. Nick is CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) Candidate and plans to receive his designation in 2023. Married to Theresa, the family boasts six kids, two grandchildren, and one dog. In their spare time, Nick and his family enjoy hiking, time with their fitness community, serving at West Salem Foursquare Church, and boating the Willamette River.
