Nicholas A. Whitstone joined CBRE (formerly Insignia/ESG) in November 2002 to further the expansion of the company’s services in Silicon Valley to include corporate services, tenant representation and investment brokerage. Since 1995, Nick has specialized in leasing and sales of office and industrial real estate in the Silicon Valley. Nick takes great pride in his focus to serve his clients and strives to be on the cutting edge of trends in Commercial Real Estate. Through a focus on strategic relationships within the commercial real estate ecosystem, Nick uses creativity and strategic thinking to develop short-term and long-term planning for his clients. In 2017 Nick joined CBRE Capital Markets to expand the services available to his clients with a fully integrated global services platform. Nick leads the Silicon Valley Investment Properties team focusing on non-institutional investors. Nick’s high ethical standards and attention to detail are the cornerstones of his client focused approach. Nick’s 23 years of experience and well over a thousand transactions gives him the experience to navigate the most challenging of assignments.
