Nick Steitz is an Industrial Real Estate specialist in the Denver Metro area and provides brokerage and consulting services to owners, tenants, and developers of industrial properties, with a primary focus on the I-70/East and Northeast submarkets. Nick brings a sense of urgency to every client engagement. His real estate knowledge coupled with relentless follow-through, superior communication and seamless service delivery, ensures his clients make real estate decisions that enhance value, reduce cost, and manage risk. Prior to his career in real estate, he pursued a career as a professional athlete, playing three seasons in the National Football League with the Washington Redskins and the San Francisco 49ers, and one year in the Arena Football League with the Grand Rapids Rampage. Before playing professionally, Nick enjoyed a highly successful collegiate career at the University of Oregon where he helped lead the Ducks to two Pac-10 Championships and earned his Bachelor of Arts.
