After graduating from the University of Iowa, Nick decided to make a move to Chicago in 2003 & began selling property. Nick loves analysis & in-depth strategy & comes to the table with a passion for actuarial analysis and asset management in real estate. In 2014, Nick decided to move back to Iowa to begin a new venture as Broker/Owner of Integrity Real Estate, which services Spirit Lake, Spencer, and the Iowa Great Lakes. Prior to Nick's involvement in Real Estate sales, Nick's past experience includes Project Management for Berkshire Holdings, LLC, which Nick owns & operates. Nick's experiences include Estimating & Coordinating multiple projects. This gave Nick an opportunity to create & be involved in building design and architecture, along with the Construction/Development process.
