Nick Sepac

My name is Nick Sepac and I am a St Louis Native, I'm married with two kids having and currently living in West St Louis County. I enjoy cycling and working out, feel free to ask about some great places to ride. I also enjoy watching my daughter compete in gymnastics and watching my son wrestle and play baseball. I grew up working for my father in the construction trade and after graduating from Parkway South High School I went to Mizzou where I graduated with a degree in marketing. After working in the corporate world for Citi Mortgage and Harris 3M, I began a career in real estate that proved as interesting and challenging as any I could imagine. In 1996, I opened a RE/MAX franchise and ultimately held two franchises with approximately 50 agents that I supervised to ensure that their contracts met the state and federal guidelines. During this period, I also developed a commercial shopping center and sold various types of real estate from warehouse to apartment buildings. After 17 years of managing other agents, I decided to get back to basics helping people with buying and selling real estate for the best price in the shortest amount of time. My goal is to have my team focused on the best customer service available in helping people find their ideal home for the best price in the shortest amount of time. Call me any time, although, I do make time for my family life and generally take Thursday and Sunday off and evenings after 8:00pm unless there is some urgency that can not wait.
