Nick Nesterenko

Nick Nesterenko’s real estate career began in 1987. He has since accumulated 30+ years experience in the field. Nick studied business administration at Concordia University before becoming a residential realtor, and eventually shifting his focus to commercial real estate in the early 1990s, as property manager for Mandevco (formerly CDN Management). Following tenures at Canderel, Oxford and Iberville Developments, Nick joined Sandalwood Management in 2004 as Real Estate Director, where he has since been handling management and leasing for the firm’s office space portfolio.
