ABOUT

Nick Miller, CCIM joined Colliers International in 2021 as a Senior Associate. He specializes in office landlord representation and capital markets. Prior to Colliers, Nick spent 3 years with Bright Realty, a full-service real estate development company, where he focused on retail and office leasing, selling development land and investment sales. Nick was responsible for leasing Bright’s portfolio of retail, office, and mixed-use projects in the 2,900 acre, Castle Hills master-planned community as well as CME Development’s shopping center portfolio in Collin County. Before Bright Realty, Nick started his real estate career in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office as part of their net leased properties group. Nick is a Dallas native, attended Highland Park High School, and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Louisiana State University where he interned with Bayern Construction, a multifamily general contractor and developer based out of New Orleans, LA. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM Designee) and is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Outside of the office, Nick enjoys reading, running and scuba diving. He is an avid fan of LSU football and baseball, as well as the Dallas Stars.
