Nick proudly served in the military for eight years, joining the ranks of active-duty Army at 17, and earned an honorable discharge after maintaining the role of Platoon Sergeant in theInfantry. Throughout his eight years of service, he developed a strong foundation in leadership, professionalism, and effective communication by coordinating with higher echelons and adjacent units. Nick was responsible for leading Soldiers, managing complex missions, and ensuring the safety and cohesion of his unit. These experiences honed his ability to perform under pressure and foster team success in high-stakes environments with systems and various operating procedures.While transitioning from the military, Nick applied his skills to the real estate investment sector.His work in this field includes extensive experience in underwriting and analyzing the performance of properties. Nick has a talent for identifying opportunities, interpreting market trends, and maximizing asset value. His analytical mindset and strategic approach have been instrumental in achieving success within the competitive real estate market for nearly a decade.
