Nick Masi

Nick Masi has a primary focus on tenant representation and is responsible for transaction advisory and consulting. Nick partners with Cushman & Wakefield's subject matter experts including Strategic Consulting and Workplace Strategy, to develop highly effective occupancy solutions for his clients. Mr. Masi recently completed a transaction on behalf of the Low Income Investment Fund (LIIF), as well as a sublease at 20 Jay Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Mr. Masi is a graduate of Rutgers University with a major in Communications and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Nick previously served on the Executive Board of his Fraternity, Sigma Pi, and is now a member of Cushman & Wakefield's Future Leaders (CWFL). He is active in the Not-for-Profit community and has previously volunteered for the Smile Forever Foundation of New Jersey.
