Proprietor of Luton & Associates and Broker at Luton Properties, Nick is a well-rounded land development executive with experience across multiple facets of the development and home building process. He has spent years overseeing land acquisition and development as well as urban& suburban new home construction. Nick is capable of designing and executing lucrative, efficient land development strategies, managing complex home building operations and maximizing return on land investments. Nick has extensive experience with public financing districts such as MUDs - having created, managed, and annexed into both suburban and In-City MUDs. A graduate of Texas A&M with a Civil Engineering degree and a MBA, Nick loves to spend time with his family travelling and coaching his sons sports teams.
