Nick Lombardi

Nick is a Tulsa native with a sales, marketing, and management background starting in 2001. In 2006, Nick began working with Stan and Tony as a Real Estate Sales Associate. Today, Nick serves as the Managing Broker for Frisbie Lombardi Commercial Real Estate Services. Nick specializes in retail, medical, multifamily & office land sales; retail, industrial & office leasing; tenant representation and market analysis; and development planning. Utilizing sophisticated methods of market strategy and demographic study, Nick provides customers with a client-focused ethic, yielding the most effective results with the aim of developing long-term and profitable relationships with customers. Nick is a CCIM Designee and board member of CCIM Oklahoma, a Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) and a Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) through the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), has served as the Government Affairs Chair and currently serves as a Past President for the NAIOP Oklahoma Chapter. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of Kansas, holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University and is an adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma teaching real estate fundamentals to students in the Gibbs College of Architecture studying Urban Design.
