In 2017, Nicholas received his C.C.I.M. (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, one of the highest levels of distinction in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. Working alongside many prominent Builders/Developers, participating in the promotion of many Master-plan communities and investments abroad. Nicholas is also a member of the Real Estate Association of Hamilton and Burlington, Brampton/ Toronto Real Estate Board, and a sitting board member of the Regional Commercial Council for RAHB. He has the pleasure of working alongside his spouse/business partner Shirley Kuyvenhoven.
