Nick Hull

Nick Hull is an associate director for the Hull Multifamily Advisors, specializing in brokering multifamily properties throughout the state of Florida. Nick developed a strong passion for the Florida multifamily industry at a young age by helping his parents manage several rental properties throughout the sunshine state while attending engineering school. Prior to working with “HMA”, Nick worked in the engineering profession specializing in building codes, hurricane testing, structural design, energy conservation and water treatment. This extensive experience obtained provides Nick with a unique analytical and problem-solving skillset to assist his clients with not only dispositions and acquisitions, but also a deep understanding on Florida’s ever-changing building code and insurance requirements. Nick entered the multifamily brokerage industry in June 2022, where he assisted in several multifamily transactions and developed a strong passion for the industry. Nick received his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Florida Gulf Coast University and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida. While attending FGCU, Nick frequently made the Dean’s list and was a member of the school’s spearfishing team. In his spare time Nick enjoys traveling to new places, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
