Nick Hoover, Vice President, focuses on representing property owners and negotiating off-market acquisitions in the urban core and suburban markets. Nick is constantly talking with property owners and potential sellers, keeping them informed on market news and trends, and helping them maximize the value of their real estate. Nick is a firm believer in the Golden Rule and is happy to share valuable information if he thinks it can help a buyer or landlord. Whether he’s assisting landlords to price, market, sell or lease their real estate, Nick keeps the best interests of the property owners in his areas as his number one priority. He combines this with his love for the city of Dallas to help sellers find buyers that will not only be able to deliver quality offers but provide uses that will elevate the surrounding area as a whole. Nick was born and raised in Dallas. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing basketball, golfing, and camping. He is a proud Highland Park United Methodist Church member.
