Nick Holt

Having joined D&P Holt in 2003, Nick has become a valued team member and asset within the Agency Department. Nick has acted on sales, lettings and acquisitions across a range of commercial property sectors including industrial, offices, leisure and retail on behalf of a number of clients including AXA Investment Management, M&M Asset Management, M7 Real Estate, Fidelity, Coventry City Council together with a wide range of individuals/small investors and clients. Whilst studying Real Estate at Birmingham City University, Nick spent time gaining experience at D&P Holt in all departments and specialisations. Prior to joining D&P Holt, Nick studied Computing at the University of Western England, leading to a short career in IT before moving into the property industry. In addition to his role within the Agency team Nick is also IT & Systems Manager of D&P Holt. Away from the office Nick enjoys golf, travel, skiing, cooking and eating fine food
