Hadim was the founder and creator of midtown Artist District in early 2000 with a vision to create Artist studios in the heart of Los Angeles catering the Artist's every prerequisite. Numerous Artists took an interest in the Midtown Artist District of Los Angeles moving from Venice, Santa Monica, Hollywood, and various other communities once they realized what was being offered in the new, Midtown Artist District. Today Hadim is the youngest executive of one of the "Top 100" Southern California firms by the Los Angeles review and was named among "The Influentials" by the city of Los Angeles. He has also been featured and quoted in the Los Angeles Times, Newsweek, People, and Fortune. Born in June of 1976, he was raised in Los Angeles and currently resides in Brentwood.
