Nick Gregorios

Nick Gregorios joined the Tysons Corner office in April 2011 a Senior Associate. He was later promoted to Vice President in January 2014 and named a Principal of Avison Young in February 2016. Formerly, he was an Associate in Brokerage Services as well as a Research Analyst with Cushman & Wakefield, which he joined in 2008. Nick specializes in landlord representation and corporate tenant representation across Northern Virginia and the Washington, D.C. region. He has been involved in over 350 real estate transactions totaling over 4.25 million square feet since the beginning of 2010, when he was promoted to Associate from Research Analyst. As Research Analyst, Nick was responsible for tracking all office and industrial projects in Northern Virginia, including over 20 submarkets and 1,600 properties.
