Nick Goss

Nick Goss specializes in retail leasing and investment sales throughout the Southeast region and has represented publicly traded REIT’s, private investors, developers, and both national and local retailers. Nick has highly specific expertise in urban mixed-use formats and the food, beverage, and entertainment segments of the industry. Nick began his commercial real estate career as the first employee of a newly formed Nashville based boutique retail firm and was instrumental in its growth, coordinating leasing and sales efforts for a wide array of owners and retail brands. Prior to beginning his brokerage career, Nick spent a decade as an international touring and recording artist, studio owner, and producer. He also coached the men’s and women’s golf teams at Valor Collegiate Academy.
