Nick serves as Managing Partner and Co-Founder for Boutique National. Prior to Bounat, Nick served as Executive Director, Partner for KW Commercial. Throughout his career, he has been involved with hundreds of transactions spanning across all facets of commercial real estate. Working with institutional clients, large investment firms, publicly traded REITs, and private investors, Nick specializes in providing effective solutions to meet and exceed his clients’ expectations. He has extensive experience in multi-family, retail, office, industrial, self-storage, hospitality, and land development. Nick has earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) which recognizes him as an expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. This strategic network spans over 30 countries and is part of billions in annual volume with only an estimated 6% of commercial agents and practitioners nationwide holding the designation.
