Nick Fletcher

Nick is focused on overseeing all commercial business and operations at Fletcher including business development, acquisitions and full stack financing. Prior to joining Fletcher, Nick was a Director of Commercial Debt at RealtyShares, a San Francisco-based Financial Technology start-up company where he was responsible for the origination, diligence and structuring of $200mm+ in bridge loans. In this role he was tasked with co- launching the commercial debt division in 2015 and formulating strategic partnerships with private real estate equity funds and family offices for capital sourcing and deal generation. Prior to his move out West, Nick was part of the early stage team at Datto, Inc., the data cloud storage business where he served as Finance Manager. In this role he was responsible for implementing operational processes across the Sales and Engineering teams. As a key early employee Nick was responsible for sourcing the company's Series A round of financing from General Catalyst. Datto was acquired by Vista Equity Partners in 2017 for $1.5 Billion. Nick earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Business Management from Muhlenberg College where he served as captain of the Men’s Lacrosse team.
