Nick Ferro

Nick brings a diverse perspective and background to the commercial real estate business. Born and raised in the heavy/highway construction business, Nick started his own utility construction business early in his career, and then moved on to open and has gone on to engage in several startup businesses ranging from minor league baseball to pig farms, casinos, personal lending, and both commercial and residential real estate. Nick obtained his real estate license over 10 years ago. A few years later, he committed to the real estate industry more fully, focusing on commercial properties. He works with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants on an array of properties in the greater Joliet/Will County area.
