Nick Fallows

Nick joined CRES Inc. in Spring 2024 as a Junior Associate and Marketing Assistant. As a newly licensed real estate professional, he is immersing himself in all aspects of commercial real estate brokerage, focusing on leasing while supporting the coordination of marketing initiatives and office operations. Nick also conducts research for CRES clients, leveraging his expertise and passion for land use and future development within the county. A graduate of James Madison University, Nick has a deep connection to Fauquier County, where he grew up and developed a strong understanding of the local community and surrounding areas. After earning his degree, he returned to Fauquier and now resides in Marshall, VA, with his fiancée. Outside of work, Nick enjoys golfing, hiking, and spending time with his two dogs. He is deeply committed to his community and aspires to serve in local government or planning, contributing to the area’s growth and prosperity. His local knowledge and dedication to community development make him a valuable resource for clients navigating the commercial real estate landscape.
