Nick joined BCV Commercial Realty in 2004 as the Principal/Business Broker. Nick brings more than 20 years of experience to the company, with a broad background in business management and operations. Nick is committed to selling businesses and delivering a high success rate in the business brokerage industry and he helps facilitate the buying and selling of small to mid-sized businesses of all kinds. He has successfully negotiated and sold hundreds of businesses as a broker. Nick’s business sales have included restaurants, hospitality, retail, service businesses, manufacturing and distributors. His skills in marketing, public relations, advertising and client relations serve him well in business and commercial real estate sales. Nick also has a large contact base throughout Maryland, Washington, and Virginia. He is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).
