Nick Bahn began his career in the commercial real estate industry in 2011 focusing on retail leasing for a large portfolio of shopping centers as well as corporate retail services and acquisitions. Later, his area of concentration shifted to retail brokerage and market research. Nick has a sharp understanding of the commercial real estate market and keeps abreast of the constant changing climate of the industry and market trends through extensive research and analysis. He is dynamic, resilient and dedicated to meeting your real estate needs. Nick is a Missouri Broker, member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, (ICSC), St. Louis Association of Realtors, Mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters St. Louis and President of the Young Professionals Board for the Little Bit Foundation.
