Mr. Savage is Senior Vice President (Honorary Title) with CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services in Saddle Brook, New Jersey. He focuses on occupier representation—specifically acquisition and disposition of office and medical space on behalf of corporate clients. Mr. Savage provides a comprehensive consultative approach to the real estate services business. He developed a niche in commercial office brokerage, by combining sophisticated financial engineering techniques and a review-based intimacy of due diligence items related to the process. His first-hand knowledge of New Jersey office markets—including all of the current occupiers in the market, financial modeling software, and the intricate leasing process allows him to create a more compelling service; as well as provides the ability to instill confidence in his clients. He is recognized for providing optimal solutions, utilizing innovative financial models and savvy market knowledge to support the decision-making process for office space acquisitions and repositioning. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Savage worked with Cushman & Wakefield in their Metropolitan Area Financial Services Group and was directly involved with a significant number of Investment Sales in Westchester and Fairfield Counties.
