Nicholas Judson

Mr. Judson is a Principal of Judson CRE LLC and is responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic direction of the firm. With over 20 years of experience in the industry as a broker, he has executed some of the largest transactions in New York City. Most recently, Mr. Judson represented Friedland Properties in their lease to Hermes of Paris, which will become the biggest single-tenant retail space on Madison Avenue. Prior to Judson CRE, Mr. Judson served as the Director of his family-owned real estate company, specializing in sales and leasing with a deal volume in excess of a billion dollars. Before joining his family business, he founded a firm which developed data communications systems for small business applications. Mr. Judson is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and serves on its Commercial Sales Committee. As a devoted philanthropist, he is a supporter of the Brazil Foundation and Brazil Child Health. Mr. Judson graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.S. in Engineering
