Nic Carter

Nic specializes in representing tenants and landlords in acquiring/leasing industrial properties throughout the Denver Metro Area. He uses his extensive market knowledge and tenacious work ethic to maximize value for his clients and make transitions as seamless as possible for both parties involved. Throughout the course of his career, Nic has worked on a number of significant transactions with both local and national corporations, consisting of over $435 million in total consideration. Nic started his career in real estate working as an intern for one of CBRE’s top-producing industrial teams in Denver. He then went on to pursue a career in brokerage as an industrial tenant representation specialist with Lee & Associates Denver. Nic re-joined CBRE in December 2017, serving as an industrial specialist focusing on Northeast Denver.
