Niamh Bell

Niamh joined Montagu Evans in 2020, following a Real Estate Masters at Reading University. Following the rotational graduate scheme, Niamh joined the Industrial and Logistics team in March 2022. Her specific focus is on inner-M25 industrial, distribution and logistics markets. Within this role Niamh predominantly works on a number of leasing disposals in London for a range of clients and appraises development sites to provide advice to landowners. She is also actively involved in acquiring units when working as a tenant representative for a number of trade counter clients.
