Neville Rustomjee

Neville Rustomjee is a Hospitality Specialist and the President of Hotel Brokers America. As a licensed Responsible Broker in the State of Colorado, and the State of Wyoming, he exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout Colorado and the neighboring states (UT, WY, NE, KS, OK, MT, ID, SD, and ND). Prior to hotel brokerage, Neville worked as a Registered Architect. With over eighteen years of architectural experience, Neville has worked on a wide variety of building types, including large resort hotels. His designs have been published in national journals. Neville also holds two degrees in Renewable Energy Technologies (Solar Photovoltaic and Solar Thermal), and is NABCEP certified. His knowledge about the increasing cost of energy in buildings, includes an understanding of energy conservation, energy efficiency, passive solar design, and active solar systems.
