Nelson Wax joined CBRE in 2015. Since then he has focused on retail and mixed-use real estate throughout Greater Philadelphia, the Lehigh Valley, and Central PA. He has worked on site selection, negotiation, and purchasing/leasing for national retailers including Sprouts Farmers Market, LA Fitness, and Duluth Trading Company. Nelson has successfully represented property owners and developers in the leasing and disposition of assets from raw land to shopping centers. He has worked with regional and national developers in site acquisition for retail, medical, senior living, residential, and mixed-use projects. Prior to joining CBRE Nelson worked in higher education for eight years as a career counselor, instructor, and golf coach.
