Notable lease transactions include: Potpourri Group, Juniper Networks, Red Hat, and Carbonite Inc. Mr. Ross has also been involved with refinancing projects such as. The Massachusetts Medical Societies 220,000-square-foot corporate headquarters. Mr. Ross was one of the key individuals who established the Boston office for The Staubach Company, the largest exclusive user representation real estate firms in the country, before they were acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle in 2008.
