Neil Jones, SIOR

Neil is the Owner / Broker of Resource Realty Group in Panama City, Florida. Resource Realty is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and management company established in January 2006. Prior to his ownership of Resource Realty, he served from 2000 to 2006, as Executive Director of Advantis/St. Joe Company, St. Joe Company’s commercial real estate sales division. He was honored by inclusion in the Advantis’ Presidents Council each full year of his employment. His 30 years of real estate experience include broker positions with leading commercial real estate companies in Southeast and Central Florida before relocating back to his home town of Panama City in 1989. Mr. Jones serves as Managing Partner for several local real estate ventures including Shopping Centers and Industrial Parks. Mr. Jones also holds a Florida Insurance and Insurance Adjuster License. He has participated in many civic activities including past service on the Lynn Haven Planning Board as well as the Board of Adjustments and currently is a Board Member for Junior Achievement and a classroom instructor in Business Ethics. Mr. Jones previously served on the Board of Directors of Bank Trust and on the advisory Board of BB&T Corporation.
