Neil Goldstein

Neil Goldstein co-founded The Goldstein Group in 1986 and has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Through the years he has represented a wide-range of landlords with their leasing efforts on properties such as free standing buildings, central business district locations, strip centers and power shopping centers. He has also assisted numerous retailers and restaurants with their expansion into New Jersey, such as Marshall’s, HomeGoods, Sherwin Williams DXL/Casual Male, M&T Bank, GNC, Radio Shack, PNC Bank, McDonald’s, 7-Eleven, Pet Valu, Panchero’s Mexican Grill, Pearle Vision, Doctors Express, Doctor Dental, Strauss Discount Auto and Blockbuster Video. In addition to his responsibilities of running the company’s operations, Neil is also responsible for the company’s highly regarded Retail Vacancy Survey, which annually monitors the vacancy rates of over 100 million square feet of NJ retail properties. Neil graduated from Syracuse University and is an avid sports fan while also coaching numerous sports teams for his children.
