Neil Cadman

Los Angeles-based CPM® Neil Cadman is a 30-year commercial real estate investor, entrepreneur and philanthropist. He started Cadman Group in 1995 with the goal of creating a boutique commercial real estate and property management firm for investors who were seeking a trust-worthy customer-based leader to manage their properties. Fast forward to today, Neil is as invested in Cadman Group as he was on day one and the company continues to grow, providing full service boutique commercial real estate offerings, with offices in El Segundo and Long Beach, serving greater Southern California. A unique part of our property management is half of the properties we manage are owned by Neil, giving him a unique perspective that he in turn passes on to his clients and all that we do here at Cadman Group.
