Neil Board

Neil Board is Vice President of Western Retail Advisors. As a member of the team since 2010, Neil’s focus is retail tenant and landlord representation. He works closely with each client to develop and implement effective, responsible market strategies and plans. As an experienced real estate broker, Neil has managed strategic, regional and national market expansions for a variety of anchor tenants, big box retailers and banking tenants including Ross, JCPenney, Total Wine & More, Shoe Carnival, and JP Morgan Chase. Also, as a representative for national and regional developers, Neil assisted with the leasing, merchandising and marketing of several, significant regional shopping center projects for Vestar, Kimco, Kornwasser Properties and Park West. An active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Neil has received many industry honors including Staubach’s Retail Rising Star Award in 2007, and the Co-Star Power Broker Award for Phoenix, in 2008 and 2009. Neil graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, earning a B.A. in Economics. A native of Arizona, he resides in Scottsdale with his son Charlie.
