Neil grew up working in the recycling industry in Rhode Island and since 1985 his expertise and passion for industrial property has only magnified. Generally, Neil is recognized as one of New England’s leading industrial property brokers. Neil is the author of the industries “Capstone Report”, southern New England’s benchmark study of the real estate industry. He is often tapped by Providence Business News, New England Real Estate Journal and the Providence Journal, for insights into regional real estate trends. As the leader of the industrial property group, Neil knows first hand nearly every piece of industrial property in Southern New England, Neil has brokered more than 8,000,000 million square feet of industrial property and more than 200 transactions. Neil is licensed in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Neil has lived in Cranston since 1976 and has been active in the local community.
