Ned began his career in the real estate industry in 1983 and specializes in sales, leasing, tenant representation, and property management. He is also skilled in negotiation and re-negotiation of office, commercial, retail, and industrial leases/acquisitions. With over 25 years experience, he has managed receiverships throughout the State of Florida with properties including: offices, apartment and condominium complexes in addition to mobile home parks, and single family developments. Ned is a licensed State of Florida Real Estate Broker and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Cincinnati with concentrations in Marketing and Real Estate.
