Ned Brandenberger- President, RMP®, CMCA® Ned has over 29 years of professional property management experience and is the owner and President of Sandpoint Property Management Inc in North Idaho, and Centana Property Management in Central Montana. Associate Broker in the Commercial Division of Evergreen Realty and past president of the Inland Northwest Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Ned is very involved in his community and currently serves on the Sandpoint Work Force Housing Task Force and Sandpoint Urban Renewal. Ned’s wife and family have been trying for years to get him to seek help for his addiction to old buildings.
