Nat brings a unique and highly specialized skill set to the world of commercial real estate. Nat embarked on his real estate journey with an internship in 2019 at niche firm Burr & Temkin and quickly established themselves as a rising star. Nat joined Burr & Temkin full time after college in January of 2020. By the age of 27, Nat had already closed over $50,000,000+ in gross consideration with low coverage industrial deals. These deals consisted either of existing low coverage industrial sites, or the land to build them with a keen eye for identifying industrial properties that often go unnoticed by others, Nat is committed to helping clients uncover hidden gems, maximize their investments, and navigate the complexities of the low coverage industrial real estate market. In 2023, Nat joined OnPace where he currently operates in heavy logistics real estate.
